The NE tandem of Brady-Belichick will be playing in their 8th Super Bowl, attempting to win their 6th Championship Title (this will be their 3rd Super Bowl contest played in the past 4 Seasons); Patriots QB Tom Brady has competed in a Super Bowl 50% of his Seasons played in the NFL (8 times in 16 campaigns); NE QB Brady is favoured to win the 2017 NFL MVP, leading his team to a 13-3 record with a league-leading 4,577 Passing Yards, 32 TDs, 8 INTs & a QB Rating of 102.8; Pats Offence was 1st in Total Yardage, 2nd in Passing Yardage, 2nd in Points Scored and 10th in Rushing Yards in 2017-18; Patriots Defence allowed only 168 Points over their final 12 games played in the Regular Season (an average of 14-PPG allowed per contest), allowed only 18.5 per game on average for the entire Season (ranking 5th best in PPG allowed with @Road contests averaging 16.1 PPG allowed to opponents which ranks second-fewest per league Defences in 2017-18) but ranked 29th in Total Yards allowed (an average of 394 per game, 4th worst in league-wide rankings); NE TE Gronkowski suffered two concussions in 2017-18; In the Divisional Championship game, PHI backup QB Nick Foles shredded MIN Top Ranked Defence in 2017-18 for Passing Totals of 26 of 33 for 352 Yards, 3 TDs, 0 INT (final score being 38-7 for Philadelphia); Eagles Defensive Ends were responsible for 22 sacks this Season; PHI Defence have allowed point totals of 10, 6, 10 & 7 in their past 4 outings (an average of 8.25 Points per Game).
